What started out as a whimsical dream has quickly become an obsession. To create distinctive premium distilled gin, inspired by the array of wonderful produce available in our home county of Worcestershire.
Our first three Worcester gins launched in the summer/autumn of 2018. Distilled using the one shot method in traditional copper stills, we extract all the flavour from our botanicals during distillation. Only filtered water is added to reduce the ABV down to 40% after distillation.
Hussingtree Juneberry Gin balances juniper with the sweetness of juneberries, alongside eight further botanicals.
Hussingtree Spiced Plum Gin combines juniper and plums with six additional botanicals. It’s deliciously fruity, but with a delightful twist.
Hussingtree Bumbleberry Gin uses three berries alongside cinnamon and supporting botanicals for a deep, warming flavour.
Asparagus Gin**. A truly unique premium dry gin using Worcestershire asparagus as a main botanical.
